What you get

A website built to win you customers.

Every project is built around one question: will this bring in more calls, bookings, and sales? If it doesn't, we don't build it.

01

Web Design

A site built to load fast, look credible, and turn visitors into phone calls and form submissions — not just look nice.

02

Custom Tools & Software

Need more than a website — a quoting tool, booking system, or internal dashboard? We build custom tools that save your team time and cut down on mistakes.

03

Brand & Identity

Your logo and overall look are often the first thing a potential customer judges you on. We build a brand that makes you look established and trustworthy before they ever call.

04

Ongoing Support

We don't disappear after launch. Updates, fixes, and small improvements keep your site fast, secure, and working — without you having to think about it.

05

Lead Capture & Automation

Never lose another lead. Every inquiry is automatically organized into a spreadsheet or CRM the moment it comes in, so you can follow up fast — before your competitor does.

Built for growth

More than just a website.

A website is only worth building if it generates real results. Every project we ship is built with one goal: turning visitors into customers — and making sure none of them get lost along the way.

01

Fast Turnaround

Most projects go from first conversation to live site in days, not months — so you start getting leads sooner.

02

Mobile Optimized

Most of your customers will find you on their phone. Every site is built to look and work just as well there as on a desktop.

03

Lead Tracking Included

Contact forms aren't just a box on the page — they're connected to a real lead-tracking system from day one, so inquiries never get lost in an inbox.

04

Ongoing Support Available

Sites need small updates and fixes over time. We're here after launch, not just for the handoff.

05

Built for Performance

A slow site loses customers before they even see what you offer. Every site is built to load fast on any connection.

How it works

A simple process that gets your site live fast.

01 — Discover

Understand your business

We learn what your customers need to see before they pick up the phone or fill out a form — not just what looks good.

02 — Design

Design to convert

Every layout decision is built around getting visitors to act — call, book, or send an inquiry.

03 — Build

Build it right

Fast, secure, mobile-friendly code, tested so it works the same on every visitor's phone or computer.

04 — Grow

Keep it working for you

Lead tracking, ongoing updates, and support — so your site keeps bringing in business long after launch.

See it in action

What a lead-generating website actually looks like.

Two full demo builds you can click through right now — built the same way we'd build yours: clean, fast, and set up to capture every visitor as a lead.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 21, 2026

OniLogix ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, and the choices available to you. This policy is written to comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), as OniLogix operates out of Ontario, Canada.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. If you fill out the contact form on the Site, we collect your name, your email address, and the content of any message you send us. We only collect this information if you choose to submit it. There is no account creation or login system on this Site.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the date/time of your visit. This is collected by our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) as part of normal server operation, not by us directly, and is used only for security, performance, and reliability.

We do not currently use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) on this Site. If that changes, this policy will be updated to disclose the specific tool used and how to opt out.

Cookies. This Site does not set its own cookies. Our hosting provider may use minimal technical cookies necessary for secure delivery. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form, communicate with you about potential or active project work, and maintain records of business correspondence.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not use your information for marketing purposes beyond replying to your specific inquiry, unless you separately opt in to other communications.

3. How Your Information Is Handled

Current status: the contact form on this Site is processed by Netlify Forms, a feature of our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc. When you submit the form, your name, email, and message are transmitted securely (via HTTPS) to Netlify's form-handling service. From there, that same submission is automatically forwarded — using Zapier, Inc., an automation service — into a private Google Sheet that only OniLogix personnel can access, so we can track and respond to inquiries. None of these providers (Netlify, Zapier, or Google) use your information for their own advertising, and none of them sell it to third parties.

Your submission is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain basic business records. If you'd like your information removed from any of these systems, contact us using the details in Section 7 and we will delete it.

4. Third-Party Services

This Site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which provides underlying infrastructure, content delivery, and SSL security. Netlify may process limited technical/server-log data as part of providing hosting services. Contact form submissions are additionally processed by Zapier, Inc. (an automation service that relays your submission into our records) and stored in Google Sheets, operated by Google LLC, in a private spreadsheet accessible only to OniLogix. Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how they handle data passing through their systems; we use them only to route and store your inquiry, not for any other purpose.

The "Work" section of this Site embeds live preview demos of work built for other clients. These are display-only embedded previews; interacting with them does not transmit any of your information back to OniLogix, and any data those demo sites might independently collect is governed by their own respective policies, not this one.

5. Your Rights

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you
  • Request access to that information
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information, where reasonably possible
  • Withdraw consent to future contact at any time

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect any information submitted through this Site, including HTTPS encryption for all traffic. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, you can reach us at:

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, particularly as the Site's functionality changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 21, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website (the "Site"), operated by OniLogix ("we," "us," or "our"), a business operating out of Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of This Site

This Site is provided for informational purposes — to showcase services and design/development capability and to allow visitors to get in touch about potential projects. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, misleading, or malicious information through the contact form.

2. Demo & Example Content

Important: the "Work" section of this Site contains capability demos — fully designed example websites (currently featuring fictional businesses) built to demonstrate design and development quality. These are not real clients, and the businesses, names, reviews, and details shown are invented for demonstration purposes only. They do not represent completed client work, guarantees of outcome, or claims about any real business.

Embedded demo previews are sandboxed and isolated from the rest of the Site for security purposes. Interacting with a demo does not create any business relationship, and any forms within a demo are non-functional examples unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While our services are built around generating real business outcomes — leads, inquiries, and conversions — we do not guarantee specific results for any individual project. Results vary based on factors outside our control, including a client's industry, market, existing reputation, and how a finished site is used after delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

All design, code, copy, and visual content on this Site (excluding any third-party fonts, icons, or libraries, which remain the property of their respective owners) is the property of OniLogix and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without permission. Actual client project work, deliverables, and ownership terms are governed separately by the signed agreement for that specific project, not by these Terms.

5. No Warranty

This Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, though we take reasonable security precautions as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OniLogix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site, including reliance on any content, demo, or information presented here. This limitation does not apply to actual signed client engagements, which are governed by their own separate contract terms.

7. Third-Party Services

This Site relies on third-party infrastructure — including Netlify, Inc. for hosting, Zapier, Inc. for automation, and Google LLC for data storage — as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues originating from these third-party providers, though we take reasonable steps to choose reliable services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly as the Site's functionality or service offerings change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
